Advanced Investors Session
Meets the Saturday after the general meeting at
Rutger's Plaza - Maplewood
Time: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m

Hosted by variety of GSREIA members. This session is conducted in 2 parts. During the first half of the meeting detailed information is discussed regarding a specific advanced topic (ie.. foreclosure, trusts, lease options, wrap around mortgages etc.) The second half of the meeting will be an open forum question and answer session. The attendees select the topics and questions to be discussed in the second part of the meeting. It is not mandatory that you be an advanced investor to attend this session. Please be aware and considerate of the fact that this sub group was specifically designed to addresss the education needs of our advanced investors. As a result, they will more than likely dominate question and answer session.
