This sub group discusses various ways to obtain real estate without using the traditional ways to purchase such as personally obtaining a mortgage, or buying with all of your cash. This group focuses on lease options, agreements for deed, private finance notes, wrap around mortgages, buying properties in trusts, subject to the existing mortgage, and/or with owner financing. This group definitely believes in leveraging their purchasing power, and investing with other people's money.
