Hosted by Variety of Guest hosts. This sub group focuses on wholesaling, rehabbing. It is a great place to meet to network and share information on real estate deals and techniques.
This groups discussions include finding properties, flipping properties, financing, inspecting houses, estimating repairs, contractors, handymen, locating buyers and just about everything else pertaining to investing in quick turn real estate. This meeting is a "must attend" meeting for newbies as well as the experienced investors.
